You will help drive execution of Bloomberg Industry Group's Salesforce initiatives. You will actively engage with key business stakeholders, department leaders and enterprise project managers to establish and maintain the delivery roadmap for features to be built and deployed on the Salesforce Platform within their area of product ownership. You will define and document business requirements, data requirements and definitions, and help guide development activities using an agile methodology. You will act as the liaison for users to communicate and validate business priorities and system design for the Salesforce platform, while providing training, testing and deployment support for front line users.

What You Will Do:

  • Confirm and capture organizational, department and key business strategies to ensure aligned Salesforce product development initiatives.
  • Support execution of the Salesforce platform strategy managing roadmap deliverables that balances technical best practices and business needs
  • Serve as primary point of contact between the Salesforce Development team and cross functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Marketing & Finance to manage intake, gather requirements and prioritize features
  • Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
  • Facilitate regular prioritization meetings with stakeholders to evaluate new feature requests, manage backlog items and align priorities for upcoming sprints and releases.
  • Work with technical teams to design, develop and implement new features.
  • Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.
  • Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.

You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience and certification.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience in product or platform management roles with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Service Cloud
  • 2+ years in a product management role, guiding strategy and execution of product development.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization
  • Relevant Salesforce/Product Management certifications strongly desired.
