The Materials Innovation Engineer will lead research and development initiatives focused on advancing material performance and innovation across Marmon IEI and Marmon Utility products. Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services, this role will drive new materials development, support compliance initiatives, and provide critical technical continuity for legacy rubber and nuclear-grade formulations. The role includes conducting hands-on lab-scale experimentation, translating concepts into prototypes, and collaborating across teams to accelerate time-to-market.Essential Duties:
