As a Painter, you will play an essential role in maintaining the visual appeal and safety of our property. Each day brings new tasks and opportunities to make a difference for our guests and team members, including: Performing interior and exterior painting projects across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Prepping surfaces (sanding, patching, priming) to ensure long-lasting and high-quality finishes Maintaining painting supplies and ensuring proper care of tools and equipment Collaborating with the Engineering team on general maintenance needs and ongoing renovations Prioritizing and responding to daily maintenance and painting requests across the property What Will You Bring to the Role? We are looking for a reliable team player who takes initiative and has a passion for high-quality work. Our ideal candidate has: Previous painting or general maintenance experience preferred Familiarity with painting tools, patching techniques, and surface prep Ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle physical tasks safely and efficiently Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices High school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to communicate effectively in English What is In It for You?
