Account Manager

• Manage credit policy, including assessing applications, setting credit lines, and monitoring accounts.
• Generate invoices, apply payments, and verify credit approvals.
• Conduct receivable aging analysis, reporting, and support bad debt management.
• Proactively follow up on collections via phone/email to reduce past due balances and DSO.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and interactions.
• Open new accounts, review existing ones, and resolve customer disputes in collaboration with colleagues.
