Receptionist
GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide administrative support, assisting all LVA leadership staff with administrative and general office clerical duties and projects. Manages recordkeeping and administrative systems. Provides transportation services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS SUPERVISES: EDUCATION: High School diploma EXPERIENCE: Prefer minimum 1-year office or similar experience within a customer service setting. Computer training required. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communications skills Competent with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of staff HR/Administrative Assistant Continued, Page 2 Initiative and problem-solving abilities Able to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion Excellent organizational skills Professional conduct, patience, enthusiasm, and tact Self-motivated and confident to successfully function independently and as part of a dynamic team Valid driver's license and able to supply proof of insurance.
