MCIEAST Regional Manager (RM) Summary: The MCIEAST Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing unaccompanied housing (UH) management operations across multiple USMC installations within MCIEAST. Serving as the primary link between the Deputy Project Manager (DPM) and local installation Supervisors, the Regional Manager ensures consistent implementation of contract requirements, operational standards, and customer service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, program oversight, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams across geographically dispersed locations to support the USMC Housing Property Management Services (HPMS) mission. Work Location and Travel: Work Location: On-site at Camp Lejeune Travel: up to 50% - regular travel to MCIEAST installations to oversee operations, conduct site visits, and engage with stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or related field Experience: 5 years of work experience with 3 years supporting property management, housing management, or facilities support Supervisory Responsibilities:
