Impact You'll Make
As a CRM Associate, you'll help drive Stout's commitment to best-in-class sales execution by supporting CRM adoption, data quality, and user experience in HubSpot. Your contributions will improve efficiency, enhance reporting, and empower Sales and Marketing teams to use CRM tools effectively-directly impacting business growth and scalability.

What You'll Do

  • Perform day-to-day CRM administration, including user management, permissions, and data governance.

  • Maintain CRM data quality through audits, deduplication, and process improvements.

  • Support new HubSpot functionality, integrations, and automations that improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Create and maintain training resources, process guides, and documentation for Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Assist with onboarding and gradually lead CRM training sessions to boost adoption and usage.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and reporting that enable data-driven strategies.

  • Monitor CRM usage, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Assist with data integration across internal enterprise systems and warehouses.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).

  • Basic understanding of CRM data management and governance.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

  • Effective communication skills for documentation, training, and collaboration.

  • Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot, and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Eagerness to adapt and continuously improve CRM knowledge, with curiosity about AI use cases to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Operations Hub, workflows, and sequences (plus relevant certifications).

  • Background in B2B marketing or sales operations.

  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (ZoomInfo, RingLead, or similar).

  • Exposure to marketing automation, campaign tracking, or lead nurturing.

  • Experience designing dashboards and reports in HubSpot.

  • Knowledge of data governance best practices and clean-up projects.
