Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin. BETTER TOGETHER MUST BE A RESIDENT IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN OR WILLING TO RELOCATE. Position will have on-site requirements with the ability to work remotely. Applicants must be willing to commute to Madison as needed. We are looking for a resourceful, passionate network engineer to manage, maintain and monitor our corporate network. You will work with other network engineers and data center employees and an array of business owners and outside partners. The Sr. IT Network Engineer's responsibilities include proactively monitoring the integrity and optimization of network performance and providing high level technical support, innovative solutions, and integrated proposals for network systems. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and strong instincts for problem-solving, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. You should also be willing to independently research technology outside of your current skill set and comfort zone. Knowing the answer is great, being able to find the answer is better.
