What you will do: As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation and analytics initiatives across our organization. You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to manage change requests, reporting, and dashboard updates, while gaining hands-on experience with modern data and project management tools. How you will do it:
o Update and track tickets o Follow up with ticket assignees to ensure timely progress o Notify stakeholders of status changes and resolutions
o Process dashboard access requests within Power BI workspaces o Implement small dashboard changes and enhancements as needed
o Create and manage tests and tasks within Panaya o Capture and organize screenshots and documentation for project deliverables * Ad Hoc Reporting: o Respond to business requests for data and analytics o Prepare and deliver reports using available tools and data sources What we look for RequiredQualifications:

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.00-$24.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge,skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
