What you will do...

  • Integrated Performance Strategy: Lead integrated efforts across SEM, social, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Behavioral Search Thinking: Use consumer insights from keyword and query data to inform creative, media, and brand strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends and pilot new technologies
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to align behaviors with broader marketing efforts.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive campaign performance aligned with KPIs and business goals.
  • Creative Collaboration: Translate search insights into content and audience strategies.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Work with analytics and agency teams to deliver actionable performance reports.
  • Agency Partnership: Act as the main point of contact with the media agency for planning, execution, and reporting.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • 5+ years of experience in performance media
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience withAI-powered media tools(e.g., performance forecasting, creative automation, predictive bidding).
  • Strong understanding of how search behaviors can influence media experience plans.
  • Familiarity with emerging generative AI platforms(e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and how they influence consumer discovery and search behavior.
  • Passion foremerging consumer behaviorsand how they reshape the media landscape
  • Experience leading and managing agency teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with SEO, eCommerce search, and retail media networks.

It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, ChatGPT, and OpenAI.
  • Understanding of how non-traditional search behaviors influence media strategy.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$107,000-$153,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
