Experienced Social Media Coordinator

Eligible for DHS Public Trust

10+ years of experience working professionally of web and application developer

5+ years of Mobile application development experience

Experience with programming languages for mobile applications (i.e. Swift, Kotlin/Java)

Experience with frameworks and libraries (i.e. React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc.)

Understanding of design principles for mobile apps

Ability to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces

Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks

Skills in debugging and troubleshooting application issues

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong customer service

High attention to details

Self-starter and highly motivated

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, media, software development or a related field

DUTIES:

The ideal candidate will work with the team to improve on, redesign, develop and deploy a mobile application tailored for employees

Work with the government client and use their feedback to refine features and functionality

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals

Ensuring the app aligns with branding, accessibility, and security standards

Conducting testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance across devices

Maintaining documentation and providing ongoing support for updates and enhancements

Integrating backend services and APIs to support dynamic content and user interactions

Monitoring app performance and usage analytics to identify areas for improvement

Staying current with mobile development trends, tools, and technologies

Ensuring compliance with federal IT and data security policies

Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies

Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client

Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
