MRM is looking for a Senior Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Strategist you will develop data-driven customer engagement strategies and focused, insightful, and inspiring briefs that help guide development of CRM, loyalty and other omnichannel experiences that build an emotional connection with the brand. Senior strategists help guide the development of digital experiences from concept to execution in close collaboration with user experience and creative teams. They will collaborate with data analysts to report on performance, create benchmarks and develop recommendations as well as workclosely withthe broader cross-functional teamsacross strategy, account, UX, and creative to deliver smart, differentiated and strategically grounded ideas to the client.
- 4-5 years of experience as a digital strategist (with at least two years of loyalty experience)
- Demonstrated ability to construct insightful, data-informed strategies (briefs, presentations, POVs, etc.) that guide strategic and creative, as well as user experience decisions
- Solid primary and secondary research skills - ability to creatively use a mix of tools to uncover deep organizational, media, and audience insights; experience designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative target audience research
- Passionate about ideas and technology - on top of and excited by new and next advertising, marketing, and loyalty approaches and how they can be best leveraged for client business

- An integrated strategist, with strong consumer orientation - brand planning exposure a plus
- Proven ability to work at macro (strategic principles) and micro (strategic input to Go-To-Market) levels
- Understanding of and ability to work with brand strategy, content strategy, social strategy
- Omnichannel ecosystem development experience across paid, owned, earned and ability to work with Media partners
- Talent at working with Creative partners from brand design to UX
- Ability to conceptualize, research, and write insightful, generative creative briefs
- Understanding of performance and ability to work with Data & Analytics
- Able to design and conduct research (primary + secondary; qualitative + quantitative) and analysis
- Exceptional communication skills - on the page and in presentation
- Curiosity, passion, collaborative spirit, optimism to find the answer, work ethic to deliver

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $160,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
