Description POSITION SUMMARY As an Sr. Account Manager - Graphic Packaging and Displays with Liberty Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across the retail and graphics sectors. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market share through the acquisition of new customers and securing competitive regional CPG accounts. This role is heavily oriented towards proactive business development, leveraging market insights, competitive positioning, and strategic execution to win new business. You will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that enhances private label brands, accelerates client growth, and drives profitability for LDI. You will also be tasked with cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This full-time hybrid position reports directly to theDirector of Sales - Southwestand is based in the Poway, CA area, with consistent travel throughout the Southwest. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. This position is also eligible for milage reimbursement. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
