We're looking for a sharp, driven student to embed within our Food Recovery Production Department in Blair, Nebraska.
As a Process Engineering Co-Op, you will:
- Drive process efficiency and reliability through management of change for process, automation, and equipment upgrades.
Develop the operator certification program by creating robust, technical training content. Build data-driven tools using the data historian to streamline the production process, enhance troubleshooting, and improve process accounting. Apply LEAN methodologies to optimize an existing, highly automated manufacturing environment.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or a related engineering field. Achieve a minimum 3.0 GPA (must be included on your resume). Have a sophomore standing or higher. Preferred: Relevant coursework, internships, lab experience, or student organization involvement. Logistics: Must be able to arrange your own housing and transportation in the Blair, Nebraska area.
