Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our client's team in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will drive engineering excellence by enhancing processes, collaborating across teams, and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering development and release processes, including communication tools and best practices.

• Develop and apply evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvement.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align project requirements and ensure functionality meets business needs.

• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation to support consistency and clarity.

• Design, deliver, and maintain effective training programs for teams and stakeholders.

• Present project plans to senior management, gain alignment, and deliver measurable results.

• Manage cross-functional teams (CFTs) with diverse skills and responsibilities to achieve project goals.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
