KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development - Tax to join our Talent & Culture L&D organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in the initiation, planning and structuring complex, initiatives or portfolios, programs (Projects) and some or all such as, program vision, scope, approach, deliverables, milestones, resources, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with teams and manage the execution plans, including but is not limited to monitoring progress, managing changes to scope, engaging learning and development leaders as needed, delivering key deliverables, tracking key performance indicators, and creating reports and presentations to be delivered to relevant learning and development leaders
  • Identify and manage risk factors and identify and resolve issues; escalate issues as appropriate; manage meetings by creating agendas with clear objectives, roles, time allocations, facilitating the call or meeting, taking notes of decisions, and action items
  • Act as project management subject matter professional and guide teams in their thinking, approach and execution of components; provide management leadership, and support to teams as needed
  • Develop change management plans and collaborate with communication and Talent teams to execute on the plan, including communication, education, stakeholder management, and more
  • Leverage AI in the planning, development, and execution, learning and development program plans
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in program management in a professional services environment, with related skills such as business modeling, management consulting, change management, organizational development, process improvement, tax, strategy, Gen AI and operations is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, advanced degree from an accredited college or university or related license is preferred
  • Comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution to problem solve, coupled with strong business acumen, as well as strategic thinking with analytical and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in an ambiguous, dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines, and experience working in a complex, matrixed and diverse cross-culture environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Outlook, required
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to twenty-five percent; individuals should be comfortable with travel as needed
