Job Overview

SUMMARY

In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, the Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting key projects and initiatives within talent acquisition operations. This position will collaborate with TA teammates, TA leadership and the broader HR team. We're looking for a teammate with strong customer service skills, time management, organizational skills and a passion to support the work of Children's Hospital Colorado.

In this position you can expect to:

  • Support traveler onboarding and orientation
  • Manage the talent acquisition inbox to ensure candidates and teammates are supported
  • Help organize and support events including team meetings, conferences and career fairs
  • Create and maintain internal sites and process documents
  • Support technical processes and upgrades

  • Shift: Monday - Friday; normal business hours
  • Location: This is a hybrid position that will be required to be onsite at our Anschutz location 25-30% of the time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.

1. Utilizes, allocates, and manages resources to meet department, project, initiative and/or program needs.
2. Acts as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Organizes and establishes meetings on regular basis with designated individuals impacted by the program, initiative and/or project to foster positive relationships and gather continuous feedback.
4. Provides administrative support by planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operational activities of the program, project and/or initiative.
5. Utilizes a variety of technologies, including databases and spreadsheets, to track and monitor outcomes, financials, data, and other information.
6. Compiles data and prepares reports and presentations; and participates in the communication of program, initiative, or project status and progress.
7. Assists in the development of short and long term plans and strategies for programs, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance.
8. Assists in the design of performance objectives and implements and monitors programming to meet desired outcomes.
9. Assists with the development and facilitation of training to address team member needs and identify relevant updates when needed.
10. Assists with the development of outreach plan(s) according to program needs and capacity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification

  • EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EXPERIENCE - Two years of experience coordinating and supporting programs.
  • EQUIVALENCY - An Associate or higher degree, in a related field, may substitute for the experience requirements on a year for year basis.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $24.48 to $36.72
