You are responsible for application design, development, integration and delivery and application maintenance and support. You are self-motivated professional, who will also bring leadership skills and quickly learn new technologies and programming languages. You will propose, develop, and support customer facing web applications as a DevSecOps team member and provide hands-on solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations. What you will do:
  • Architect, design and deliver high-quality codeindependentlybyfollowingBloomberg INDGbest practices.

  • Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs inyourarea; able to work in other areas of the codebase with guidance.

  • Diagnose and fix production issues.

  • Communicate with thedevelopment leadto raise issues and identify potential barriers in a timely fashion.

  • Build enterprise applications at-scale using demonstrated expertise in computer science fundamentals.

  • Develop scalable, high availability, high performancecomponentswith a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures.

  • Seek empirical evidence through proof of concepts, tests, and external research.

  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • 1-5years of software development experience in the development of commercial applications using modern software engineering principles and practices.

  • Demonstrated understanding of software development experience in the development of commercial applications using modern software engineering principles and practices.

  • Demonstrated record of successparticipatingdistributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum andDevSecOpspractices.

  • Knowledgeof cloud technologiesi.e.AWS, Serverless, Event DrivenArchitecture, SOC,MicroServices,Microfrontend, CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, and other modern technologies.

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture/design patterns, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
