This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

We're currently looking for a Deal Management Analyst

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Working closely with Sales Representatives offering expert support on products, guidance on processes and recommendations on deal structure to optimize profitability and customer experience.
  • Tracking deal progress, managing approvals, and ensuring timely completion of all necessary steps.
  • Managing escalations, addressing and resolving internal objections related to pricing and other commercial terms.
  • Collaborating with the order management team, legal, finance and other internal departments to facilitate deal negotiations and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Monitoring deal cycle time, average deal size, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like SFDC.
  • Understanding of financial approval processes and corporate guidelines.
  • Knowledge of sales cycles and revenue recognition principles.
