National Account Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team and drive growth in the Home center channel.

About the Role

As the National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for generating profitable business within our key Home center accounts by creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. You will be the primary relationship owner, ensuring Gerber's innovative products are successfully positioned and represented within one of the most critical sales channels for the brand.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution, with a focus on aligning Gerber's objectives with those of our retail partners.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow key account relationships within the Homecenter channel

  • Understand customer priorities, challenges, and decision-making processes to align them with Gerber's goals.

  • Lead and manage the line review process, coordinating across internal teams (channel, product marketing, sales analytics, NPD).

  • Develop and deliver sales proposals, account plans, and forecasts that drive profitable growth.

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities across in-line, promotional, and category expansion initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, product development, and operations to deliver on customer expectations.

  • Attend industry and customer meetings, including Top-to-Tops, to strengthen Gerber's position as a category leader.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), with direct experience managing major Home center accounts.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and proven ability to influence at multiple levels within a customer organization.

  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills to support accurate sales planning and decision-making.

  • Collaborative approach with a track record of working successfully across cross-functional teams.

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living.
