Position Summary: Engineers in Training complete a rotational assignment program through various positions in Operations, Engineering, and other areas as requested. Objective is to gain experience & graduate to full time process engineer once rotation is complete. Reports To: Various Managers as assigned Personnel: Not applicable Accountabilities: Accountable for understanding and following all SOPs and WIs related to job duties while supporting 6S and Lean Manufacturing concepts. Ensure all documentation, digital data and related internal communications are handled in an appropriate and timely manner. Ensure communications with all personnel occurs on a timely basis. Job Qualification Requirements: Educational Experience - BS degree in technically related field. Experience - Strong blueprint reading and computer skills. Strong organizational abilities and good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be detail oriented, have problem solving ability.
