Electronics Technician III

Job Title: Electronics Technician

Duration: 11 - 12 months (onsite)

Location: Columbus IN 47201

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 hourly

JOB SUMMARY
Hours: Monday through Friday - 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour flexible shift)

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete assigned work orders during night shift, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Perform HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.
• Modify and maintain wiring harnesses, CAN panels, and actuator carts per test plans.
• Ensure required software/configurations (CyberApps, LUIS, etc.) are installed and updated on test benches.
• Maintain accurate system configuration documentation (hardware, serial numbers, calibration records).
• Support custom test hardware development (ROM setups, harness creation, sensor integration).
• Provide general lab support, including equipment checkouts, inventory management, and organization.
• Contribute to troubleshooting guides, training updates, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to support project and lab needs.
