Job Title: HRIS Analyst - Oracle HCM

Location: Tampa, FL [OR] Dallas - Coppell, TX ( Choose Any 1 )

Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE

Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 2-4 years HRIS or related experience
• Looking for someone with Oracle HCM experience

Responsibilities:

• Data entry responsibilities, including the importing, cleaning and validation of staff and organizational data Interface with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry
• Provide input to requirements, process flows and design documents to help ensure that platform configuration is aligned with business needs
• Develop and maintain scheduled and hoc reports, queries and dashboards to support all areas of HR
• Provide metrics and analytics to support business needs by compiling, transforming and visualizing data
• Troubleshoot, research and resolve system issues and inquires via various hotlines and mailboxes
• Assist end users with system functionality and features
• Support various HR business processes such as goal setting, performance review, comp cycles, etc.
• Develop, deliver and maintain training for end-users and managers
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect business processes
• Drive the organization to self-service model by automating the delivery of reports and dashboards
• Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during implementation and future releases
• Participate in the Global Transformation of the HR System to the next generation.
