Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Process Analyst with deep expertise in SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) to join our client's team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role is central to supporting and sustaining their S/4HANA landscape across 24 international countries, with a focus on global sales and compliance processes.
Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications for the GTS team.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP S/4HANA Sales and SAP GTS E4H processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for international sales processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate across IT, business, and leadership teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales modules.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP GTS (E4H).
• Strong understanding of international sales processes and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
