Salary: $18.07-20.08 Hourly
This is a 100% remote position based in the United States. It will start as a 8-9 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months. The Account Coordinator starts the day by checking and organizing a high volume of incoming emails-over 200 daily-making sure nothing important gets missed. They help schedule meetings, confirm logistics, and follow up on tasks from previous conversations. If a campaign is underway, they track progress and make sure partner-led efforts (like those focused on key nonprofit groups) stay on course. Throughout the day, they help clean up and organize the sales pipeline, which includes opportunities with organizations like Goodwill, Planned Parenthood, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, and YMCA. Many of these entries are missing key details, so the coordinator works to fill in the gaps and identify new leads. They also support partner engagement by helping coordinate sessions and follow-ups across a large number of accounts-over 1,300 and growing. This means keeping track of who's been contacted, what was discussed, and what needs to happen next.
