*Job Title*: Scheduler
*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work Management Scheduler to join our team at ComEd. This role is responsible for the prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of all tasks related to corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance, as well as projects and testing activities. The position supports electric and gas system operations and ensures alignment with business goals and performance metrics. *Primary Responsibilities* * Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate maintenance tasks, projects, switching evolutions, and testing activities. * Schedule and coordinate new business work tasks and monitor work plan performance. * Execute and monitor Work Management policies, programs, and processes. * Optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with financial, customer, reliability, safety, and performance goals. * Monitor key performance measures and ensure consistent application of the Work Management process. * Chair or co-chair the Work Screening Committee and interface with other departments on process issues. * Drive resource sharing and manage resource shifts effectively. * Support a high-performance culture and promote diversity and inclusion. * Manage backlogs and maintain a balance between different types of maintenance work. *Job Scope* * Coordinate a large geographically dispersed workforce and contract resources. * Schedule and coordinate approximately $30M-$200M of work annually. * Implement and execute over 20 policies, programs, and processes. * Determine manpower and project funding requirements. * Regular contact with senior management and cross-functional teams. *Minimum Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant utility business experience * Working knowledge of PC and mainframe scheduling. * Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook. * Experience with PassPort Work Management, Hyperion Reporting, and Project View. * Ability to travel throughout ComEd service territory. * Strong leadership and conflict management skills. *Preferred Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline. * Project management and operations experience. * Experience in Work Management. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
