IT Support Technician - Hilton Head Island, SC Contract \| Entry-Level \| Project Support Join a high-impact healthcare technology deployment in one of the most scenic locations in the Southeast! We're seeking IT Support Technicians to assist with a major go-live transition at a facility in Hilton Head Island, SC. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in IT support while enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Responsibilities: * Support pre-go-live and go-live efforts for an IT deployment. * Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software. * Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops. * Use predefined scripts to test workstations and validate printing/mapping. * Troubleshoot and submit incidents for issues found during testing. * Assist with hardware refreshes and facility-wide technology rollouts. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution. * Perform root cause analysis and document technical findings. * Provide basic technical training to end users. * Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation. * Keep worksite clean and organized (equipment handling, box breakdown, trash removal). Qualifications: * Required: High School Diploma * Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and CompTIA A+ Certification * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in dynamic environments * Mobility to work across various facility locations and use standard office equipment Top Skills: * Technical support experience * Hands-on hardware deployment * Strong communication and teamwork skills Apply today to be part of a meaningful project in a beautiful location! #Priorityeast Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
