Key Responsibilities
* *Financial Oversight*: Managing the financial health of the organization by overseeing billing, coding, and collection processes to maximize revenue and minimize losses. * *Process Improvement*: Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the revenue cycle, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow. * *Data Analysis*: Monitoring accounts receivable, tracking key metrics like coding error rates, and analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and lost revenue. * *Payer Relations*: Communicating and working with insurance companies to resolve issues with delayed payments, additional information requests, and denial trends. * *Compliance*: Ensuring all billing, coding, and collection activities are compliant with healthcare regulations and standards. * *Staff Management*: Supervising billing and coding staff, providing training, conducting performance assessments, and empowering them to implement process improvements. -Career growth -Well Established medical facility Weekly Pay WEST: #prioritywest #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $52.00/hr.
