Description We are seeking two skilled Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale clinical device replacement initiative. This project involves the removal of existing NuvonMDI Device Hubs and Device Interface Modules (DIMs) and the installation and configuration of Masimo iSirona devices across 14 healthcare facilities. The technicians will work closely with clinical engineering, IT, and nursing teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to patient care. Locations cover the Loma Linda and Murrieta areas and Technicians need to be able to successfully get to several site locations within a 35 mile radius. Technicians must have at least a A+ Certification Skills Deployment, Support Top Skills Details Deployment,Support Additional Skills & Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Travel to designated Loma Linda University Health locations to perform device replacements. De-install NuvonMDI hubs and DIMs and install Masimo iSirona devices according to deployment protocols. Perform device configuration, connectivity testing, and validation with clinical systems. Coordinate with IT and clinical staff to ensure proper network integration and data flow. Document installation details, device serial numbers, and location mapping. Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues during deployment. Provide on-site support and training to clinical users as needed. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with clinical/technical device deployment preferably hospital environments. Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, device connectivity). Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and deployment plans. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and travel between multiple sites. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with NuvonMDI and/or Masimo iSirona device ecosystems. Experience working in EPIC-integrated environments. Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or biomedical tech credentials). Familiarity with hospital IT infrastructure and clinical workflows. ________________________________________ Estimated Project Timeline: Total Devices: 600 Deployment Locations: 14 Estimated Duration: 10-15 weeks Average of 50-60 devices per week across multiple sites Includes travel, installation, testing, documentation, and support Experience Level* Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
