Civil Project Engineer Herndon, VA Pay From: $42.00 per hour MUST: Experienced civil project engineer 2-5 years' experience in civil engineering design and Land Development projects Proficiency in the Land Development Design Process including Sustainable design principles Hydraulics and hydrology Roadways and streets Grading and Earthwork SWM/BMP Erosion and sediment control Storm and Sanitary sewer piping Stormwater Management Water distribution systems Knowledge of industry standards and requirements Proficiency in Software Applications including but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Abode Acrobat or BlueBeam. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required DUTIES: Prepare, organize, and submit drawings to the appropriate jurisdictions Design and coordinate all elements of the Land Development design process Ensure quality control, including QC checklists Works closely with the Senior Project Manager and other team members to meet project objectives including timing and budgets Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
