Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our ever-evolving Worldpay for Platforms team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own as the Technical Account Manager

Worldpay is driving innovation within the Platforms division; we build and deliver innovative solutions to software companies (we call them "Partners"). Partners integrate our products into the software they build and sell to their merchants. We're growing quickly and have created a role that will augment the Operations experience we want for our Partners.

You will work with the account management and partner success teams to ensure our Partner integrations are technically sound, leveraging platform best practices and ultimately ensuring success of their payments business. This role will serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned partners.

  • Technical liaison / owner for top partners

  • Works with account owner to share technical best practices with partners.

  • Working as a subject matter expert, facilitates technical training / API approaches.

  • Assigned relationships to largest / most strategic partners.

  • Ensures Partner receives best experience out of our technology.

  • Develops appropriateproduct solutions to meet client/prospect business requirements.

  • Participates inproduct releaseprocess.

  • Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationshipprograms.

  • Ensures the retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of accounts.

  • Participates in status meetings working through issue management and resolution.

  • Builds, authors, and configures application requirements.

  • Product definition gathers business requirements and translates to configuration development and scope.

  • Work with teams outside Operations (primarily Sales, Product, Revenue, Engineering) to ensure transitions between these teams and Operations are smooth and contribute to the partner experience.

  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the Operations teams, focused on changes that affect the partner experience directly.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and documentation.

  • Provide a feedback loop to Product/Eng, Marketing, Sales, RMs

What you'll bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or FinTech

  • Digitization experience

  • Successful leadership of high-value, high-impact, cross-functional projects

  • continuous improvement experience in a tech environment

  • Payment operations experience required.

  • Process documentation, evaluation, improvement.

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • SaaS experience required.

Success Measures

  • Impact of changes/improvements

  • Partner satisfaction improvement/CSAT

  • Adoption of improvements

  • Employee engagement

The pay range for this full-time position is $57,200.00 - $93,200.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
