The Customer Scheudling and Support Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders via Covisint, EDI, and web portals, managing inquiries, lead times, and logistics coordination. Prepares and issues production schedules, ensures timely shipments, and supports accurate inventory posting in the ERP system. Collaborates across departments to meet customer requirements and reports to the Customer Service Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
