Under general supervision, responsible and accountable for key activities associated with the Department of Radiology Imaging scheduling system for multiple locations, including but not limited to CTIPM and ACTRI. Schedules exams and procedures, processes paperwork, verifies and obtains authorizations for all outpatient and exams, assists staff and patients, provides directions, and answers a multi-line phone system. In addition, coordinates requests and resources to optimize efficiency of testing sequence and resource utilization, provide requesting person information as to starting time and clinical preparation, transport patients as needed, provides patient care and clerical support to Technologists , and assist in ordering and maintaining supplies. Performs other related functions as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $57,399 - $71,347 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $27.49 - $34.17 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
