City/State Norfolk, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Medicaid and Medicare Specialist. Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift Position Location: Hybrid - Must reside within a commutable distance from Hampton Roads. This position will support both Norfolk and Portsmouth locations. Overview Responsible for supporting the Finance leadership in the systems and accounting of cash receipts, billing, capitation and premium reconciliations, and revenue maximization of government programs. Engages in significant research and analysis in partnership with various departments to reconcile capitation payments received to ensure accurate payment for each contracted services. Responsible for the policy and process oversight and serves as a key point of contact within internal business units. Education
