Overview

CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services. Summary: The Management Analyst (MA) reports to the Program Manager (PM). The MA develops implements and maintains data and processes and workflows to create improvements and efficiencies in the program.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct Research and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to organizational performance, financial reports, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
- Review of workflow issues: Study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
- Develop Recommendations: Propose actionable strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance based on analysis findings.
- Implement Changes: Assist in the implementation of new systems, processes, or organizational changes, and monitor their effectiveness over time.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Process/Procedure Development: Develop or update functional or operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Data Management: Collects and organizes information on problems or procedures including present operating procedures.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or related topics.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
