Job Description:
We're looking for a full-time, staff Vice President, Capture to join our SOC team. The Vice President, Capture is responsible for leading the full capture lifecycle for a defined portfolio of federal opportunities. This role reports to the President of GS and is accountable for developing and executing strategies that drive successful outcomes on high-priority pursuits within their scope. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on positioning the company to win business by effectively shaping opportunities, building pursuit teams, and managing capture activities from early qualification through proposal handoff. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $180,560 - $270,840. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
