The Supervisor People Solutions Center serves as a point of contact for employees who need assistance with HR-related questions or concerns. This role manages a team responsible for quickly assessing user needs and utilizing system resources to accurately and efficiently resolve employee concerns.
Manages the effectiveness and development of their team through supervisory support, training, and effective performance management.
Leads the People Solution Center in the implementation of special projects which may span across different departments of the organization.
Ensures that work performed by their team is in compliance with policies and regulations.
Identifies trends in the inquiries the People Solutions Center resolves and recommends solutions based on these trends to meet employees' needs as well as business objectives.
Maintains and updates the HR Knowledge Base and standard operating procedures in order to best serve employees and leaders.
Documents inquiries and larger initiatives in accordance with established procedures, policies, and practices for record-keeping.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE:

Required: 5 years of related experience (Human Resources strongly preferred)

Preferred:

Human Resources compliance experience, including work with state labor laws (wage and hour laws, benefits, leave policies, etc.)

Supervisory experience leading a multi-functional team.

Call center experience a plus.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Preferred: SHRM-CP, PHR, or CCHR
