UNC Family Medicine at Kildaire (formerly Gibbons Family Medicine) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider. We consider medicine our calling in life, and we are trained to assist in the detection, treatment, and prevention of illness. Services:

*Adolescent health

*Counseling

*Infant health

*Management of chronic illness

*Minor cosmetic services

*Minor surgery

*Nutrition counseling

*Physicals

*Preventive medicine

*Tobacco cessation

*Urgent care

*Women's health

*Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)

Hours:Monday - Friday7:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

*Family Medicine APP

*Licensed in North Carolina

*3-plus years of experience

Education Requirements:
* Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.
* Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Demonstrated clinical competency.
* Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
* Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
* Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
