Resilience is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Applications to join the Digital Enterprise Applications team and will be part of a dynamic team of business analysts and engineers working to continuously improve the operational efficiency of the Resilience Network.

The Senior Manager Enterprise Applications will report to the Director of Enterprise Applications. At Resilience, our mission is simple: to serve patients. The Enterprise Applications team supports Resilience business stakeholders across Commercial, HR, Finance, and Quality.The senior manager will direct a team of business analysts and application developers responsible for the daily operations and continuous improvement of our ERP operations including SAP, D365, QAD, Great Plains, and Coupa.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and accountability for Enterprise Architecture, including defining roadmaps, supporting application and technology rationalization, identifying, and planning for reduction and elimination of technical debt, etc.

* Act as a trusted business partner to Resilience Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams ensuring transparency, issue resolution and partnership on service planning and execution.

Own the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP-specific business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and testing.

Collaborate with internal IT security teams and external compliance partners to assess risks and implement controls without compromising business agility.

Lead ERP incident response processes for high-impact (P1/P2) issues, ensuring timely communication, resolution coordination, root cause analysis, and follow-up action plans.

Conduct annual performance appraisals for direct reports, provide individual feedback to improve performance, and initiate corrective actions and coaching

Identify training and developmental needs for the team and provide support for professional and personal growth to staff

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive experience in life sciences manufacturing and/or other regulated industry

Extensive experience in people management or team leadership experience

Deep understanding of SAP system landscapes, architecture, and integration points

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record for delivering results on large, cross functional, global projects

Preferred Experience

Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or other related field.

10+ years in a cGMP regulated industry

Proficient in ITIL framework and change/incident management best practices

Deep understanding of SAP, Coupa, and Middleware systems

Advanced knowledge of visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $130,000.00 - $193,750.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
