Key Tasks
The Power Wheelchair
Parts Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing exceptional support to
customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating parts
fulfillment. This role combines product knowledge with customer service skills
to ensure timely and accurate delivery of wheelchair components and
accessories.

Customer Communication:
Answer
incoming phone calls and emails regarding power wheelchair parts.
Provide
product information, availability, and pricing to customers.
Assist
customers in identifying correct parts based on wheelchair models and
issues.
Order Processing:
Enter
and manage orders in the system accurately and efficiently.
Verify
part numbers, shipping details, and payment information.
Coordinate
with warehouse or service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain
records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate
order confirmations, and shipping updates.

Your Background

You have a High School Diploma or equivalent education level.

One to three years of
experience directly working in a call center

Customer-focused mindset with
patience and empathy.
Attention to detail and
accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage
time effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict
resolution skills.
Other
qualifications or experiences.
