The RPA Solutions Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across the bank. This role will work closely with operations, data, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, evaluate existing workflows, and deliver high-impact solutions using tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong understanding of business processes, automation tools, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices. This role will also help define automation standards and governance, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. While initially an individual contributor, this position is expected to evolve into a leadership role as the automation program scales.
As a RPA Solutions Lead, you will:
- Design, build, test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools to streamline manual processes
- Partner with business and operations teams to identify, assess and prioritize automation opportunities
- Establish and maintain automation development standards including version control, documentation and testing
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure data is sourced from source systems and the processes are scalable
- Monitor and maintain deployed bots ensuring performance, reliability and business continuity
- Responsible for identifying and exploring new data sources and communicating business use cases to appropriate teams
- Leverage current and new system functionality and apply these capabilities to improve current business processes (systems such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, and Power BI)
- Collaborate with others in a team setting, either directly or indirectly
- Work across many different enterprise systems / processes while maintaining company confidential information standards
- Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet

- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in RPA development
- Hands on experience with RPA tools and a plus with UiPath and MS Power Automate
- SQL Proficiency
- Preferred experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience in defining quality assurance, business process design and workflow governance standards for the RPA team.
- Strong logic-based skills (math, reasoning, analytical, decision-making).
- Proficiency with RPA Tools, Data Transformation Tools (plus for Alteryx), BI tools (plus for Tableau or Power BI)
- Experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems
- Experience with process mining
- Higher level proficiency with UiPath, Snowflake, or Fiserv Products is a plus
