Genesis10 is seeking an Strategic Product Solution Lead for a 3 month contract position with our healthcare services client. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Eden Prairie, MN. Compensation: $70.00 - 80.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Description: Strategic assessment lead with end-to-end delivery ownership, including day-to-day direction and oversight of project team members and quality review of team deliverables Operate as a Product Owner and Business Requirements Lead to define the product vision, scope and requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders Oversee and manage the work assignment and work products of system/business requirements consultant, process engineer and experience engineers Partner with the VoC lead and participate in senior client interviews Collaborate with technical solution architects, QA Lead and Change Mgmt Lead to develop the future state solution design In partnership with the technical solution architect, bring together the Solution Blueprint deliverables, conduct joint client reviews for approval and sign-off Primary point of contact for the client; serves as a first point of escalation for project team members, helping to remove blockers and effectively manage delivery risks. Effectively manages engagement scope, budget, schedule, risks and proactively communicates with client if/when scope may require adjustment and facilitate customer conversations related to changing dynamics. Required skills: 5+ years of product owner with strategic product assessment and product delivery experience in partnership with technology stakeholders 5+ years demonstrated program, project and/or team leadership experience with customer or client facing accountabilities Experience leading a large-scale new product design / development, COTS system selection, and / or custom developed enterprise solution 5+ years' experience leading blueprinting and planning engagements, including but not limited to: planning and conducting client discovery sessions, requirements development, future state business solution and capability design, identifying pan-enterprise change impact, business continuity risk assessment, organization readiness needs assessment etc. Demonstrated experience producing high quality client deliverables associated with blueprinting and planning engagements.
