Genesis10 is currently looking for a Project Manager to manage Real Estate and End User Computing projects for a 6+ month contract for a banking client in the Sandy Springs, GA area. Must go on site 4-5 days a week Compensation: $55.00 - 60.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: Project Manager (Real Estate and End User Computing) We're seeking a Project Manager to support a Real Estate & End User Computing at a leading digital banking company. This role will manage budgets, timelines, build business cases for equipment requisitions, and provide general project-related support. Real Estate & Workplace Technology Manage IT components of office buildouts, relocations, and renovations. Coordinate with IT Teams, Facilities, Construction, and external vendors to align technology requirements with architectural plans. Ensure IT infrastructure is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs. End User Computing (EUC) Lead deployment and refresh of EUC assets (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals). Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage EUC lifecycle including procurement, imaging, asset tracking, and disposal. Drive adoption of collaboration tools and digital workplace platforms. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and status updates with stakeholders across IT, HR, Facilities, and Operations. Track KPIs and project milestones to ensure accountability and transparency. Champion change management and user readiness for new technology environments. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in real estate or workplace technology. Strong understanding of EUC environments, IT infrastructure, and corporate real estate workflows. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
