Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - Drive Innovation in High-Volume Manufacturing | $30.49/hr

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $30.49 per hour

• Shift: Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and overtime
• Employment Type: Temporary

What You'll Do

• Ensure production goals are met while monitoring and analyzing performance
• Lead team members to maintain a safe workplace, enforcing safety tools and procedures
• Analyze shift losses and coordinate World Class Manufacturing activities to improve efficiency
• Proactively monitor quality KPIs, identify issues, and guide team leaders toward solutions
• Oversee workforce allocation, manage absenteeism, and train employees to strengthen the team
• Collaborate across departments to mobilize resources for problem-solving and improvements
• Lead Kaizen projects focused on Safety, Cost, Quality, Throughput, and Waste Reduction

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (union experience a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Google Suite experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license and ability to work any shift, weekends, or overtime as needed

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in hot/cold environments, operate around heavy machinery, stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, lift up to 40 lbs., and wear standard safety equipment.
