Pay: $70.00-$73.00 per hour

Location: On-site with cross-functional collaboration

What You'll Do

• Design robust module mounts to ensure precise performance of interior and exterior ADAS sensors
• Apply expertise in kinematic mechanisms and stabilization structures for shock and vibration control
• Perform detailed tolerance stack-up analyses at both component and system levels
• Lead optical performance simulations using SPEOS software to validate ADAS sensor function in diverse environments
• Drive thermal and structural simulations and validation for optimal mechanical performance
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and supplier teams to optimize packaging, manufacturability, and serviceability
• Partner with Tier 1 suppliers to support seamless mechanical system implementation

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering
• Proficiency with CATIA and strong background in ASME GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and detailed 2D drawings
• Hands-on experience with plastics, injection molding, and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS), thermal/shock/vibration testing, and ADAS component design
• Proven track record of creative solutions in tight packaging environments
• Knowledge of vehicle builds and electrical harnessing
