In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering a culture that prioritizes employee well-being, compliance, and collaboration. As a key resource, you will advise managers, employees, and partners on navigating complex cases involving occupational and non-occupational matters, leave management, and accommodations. Your expertise will help ensure seamless case management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with company policies and collective bargaining agreements. You will play a vital role in supporting employees through processes such as job displacement, interactive accommodations, and return-to-work assignments, with a focus on creating personalized experiences that empower employees to succeed. In addition to working closely with internal teams, you will act as a liaison with vendors, consultants, and external agencies to ensure accurate data management and effective program delivery. You'll identify opportunities for process improvements, contribute to enterprise projects, and participate in discussions with legal counsel to resolve complex issues and mitigate risks.
