We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our winemaking team, supporting every stage of the process-from grape growing to delivering quality wine to consumers. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing winery workflows, coordinating production activities, and ensuring quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as maintaining data on winemaking trials, writing and executing work orders, conducting operational audits, and participating in wine tastings to refine product quality. You will collaborate with production teams, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support the execution of strategic projects across all wine varieties and brands. From vineyard visits to monitoring fermentation, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art and science of winemaking while staying attuned to industry trends and competitors.
