2nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor

Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

We are seeking a 2^nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor to supervise

The main responsibilities of this role will be:

• Ensure production is to specifications
• Quality standards are being met 100%
• Ensuring all employees are working within the established safety guidelines
• The hours of this position are typically 3:00pm to 2am Monday - Thursday

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Monitor employee performance and work output
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Pay attention to details and have a strong drive to succeed
