We are seeking a Construction Architect to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate facility construction, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization projects in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will provide technical oversight, project leadership, and contractor management, ensuring all construction activities meet FAA standards for safety, quality, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs. In this position, you will:
Manage and oversee FAA construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
