Pay Range: $135,000 - $192,000

Job Summary: The Director, Operations Finance is a senior leader who oversees an organization's financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic direction by managing financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the finance team, developing and implementing operational and financial policies, managing risk, and providing financial guidance to support organizational goals. This function requires well developed skills in business analysis, process improvement, and research. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills; an ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change; work effectively within cross-functional teams; will be highly resourceful; able to deliver strong results; have a passion for operational excellence and possess a strong set of communication and analytical skills.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Financial Management:



  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Operational Oversight:Manage daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency across various sites.
  • Strategic Guidance:Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support leadership and guide the organization's long-term mission and goals.
  • Team Leadership:Develop and lead the plant finance team, promoting a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and best practices.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:Partners with shared service center ensuring adherence to audits and meeting month end close process deadlines
  • Policy Development:Create and refine financial and operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with other department leaders and stakeholders, acting as a key member of the leadership team.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • 4-year degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of strong related experience is required with 4+ years in supervisory role
  • Be proficient in systems to achieve necessary results (Excel, D365, Microsoft Office)
